Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to that state's principles of conflicts of laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in New York, and irrevocably agree to accept service of process by mail.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Except as expressly provided below, you and TrustLife Insurance agree that any dispute arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement, communications between you and TrustLife Insurance, or the relationship between you and TrustLife Insurance, will be resolved by arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by providing written notice within 30 days of first becoming subject to it.
Electronic Signatures and Records
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic delivery of consumer disclosure documents in accordance with the ESIGN Act and applicable state law.
